Spaghetti squash, which is one of my favourite low-carb dishes, was the reason I decided to make this ALL AT ONCE SPAGHETTI tomato sauce recipe with basil. I’ve heard it before: Spaghetti squash is one of healthiest foods. Is it true? It can help you lose weight. These are just a few of the many questions we will address in this review.
The recipe is from the cookbook, “Spaghetti With Balls”, written by Rene Colrot. A different type of sauce can be found in the book than you are used to. It is made from oil and tomatoes. You can also buy a packet with the type of mince meat (which you’d call “parma” in Italian) that was used in the original recipe. In this case, the mince meat is being replaced by onions, bell and garlic, as well as tomato sauce.
