  3. Peel bitter gourd, take out seeds and cut them in round shape.fry them on medium high flame until they start to turn light golden brown.take them out n keep aside.
  4. When tomatoes are soft.add karelay and cook them for 8-10 mins..
  5. In the end add tamaring pulp and cook for another 4-5 mins..
